"By using Bloom Coffee OS, you agree to these terms. The platform is a coffee-shop management system provided by Bloom."

Acceptance is absolute upon node initialization.

"Merchants using our digital menu are solely responsible for physical preparation. Bloom Coffee OS provides the technology for taking and routing orders but does not govern physical preparation."

Quality standards are set by the merchant.

"Users agree not to disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform for fraud."

System-wide security protocols are permanently active.

"Prices are set by the merchant and shown at checkout. Payment is settled in person at the table — cash, or card via the waiter's terminal. No online card payment is processed by Bloom."

Cash and in-person card only; taxes per local regulation.

"Bloom is not liable for losses resulting from service downtime or maintenance."

Operations are 'As-Prepared' at time of service.
